Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Assist with bartending duties at special events, banquets, or catering functions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of beverages
- Ability to handle and serve food in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Hospitality experience is a plus
